Zanzibar International Film Festival ZIFF
Every year in July! Movies from all over the world, workshops with true professionals and great artists in the evenings. This festival takes a full week, but there’s something to do every second.

Jahazi Literary & Jazz Festival
At the end of August / beginning of September. This is the newcomer of all festivals, being held for 2 years now. Days are filled with authors, poems, readings, discussions, and workshops, and evenings are dedicated to enjoying jazz!
